Anesthesia Reference Card

One tap, any patient: the airway, vitals, access, vent, lab, and body-weight numbers you need — pediatric or adult — sized live to age, weight, height, and gender, every value tap-for-source.

Download on the App StoreGet it on Google Play

Set the patient once — pediatric or adult — and the reference under your calculator fills in instantly: the right tube, the right line, the right drips, the right numbers, sized to this patient. No charts, no cross-referencing, no guessing which column applies.

It updates live — to age, weight, height, and gender

This isn't a static table. Every value recalculates as you change the patient. Slide the age and the vitals re-band. Enter the height and the King LT size resolves; the double-lumen tube even sizes itself from height and sex. Pick the gender and the ETT, airway, and lab ranges follow. Ideal body weight, BSA, and a lung-protective tidal volume are computed for the patient in front of you — and the blood-pressure cells jump straight into the MAP calculator.

Pediatric and adult, each its own layout

Peds and adults get layouts built for them — the categories, the sizes, and the rationale that actually apply. A neonate is never shown an adult dosing formula; an adult is never shown pediatric weight bands. One tool, the right view for whoever is on the table.

Every number is referenced

Tap any value and you get the reasoning and the current source behind it — guidelines and manufacturer data from the last five years, each citation on its own line. You can trust the number because you can see exactly where it came from.

What's included

  • Airway — tube size and depth, blade, LMA, King LT, bronchial blocker and DLT, fiberoptic, oral and nasal airways
  • Vitals — heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, temperature, BP-cuff size, and a one-tap jump to the MAP calculator
  • Access — IV, IO (sized by weight, not age), arterial, central, NG/OG, chest tube, and Foley
  • Vent — volatile MAC by age, mode, PIP/PEEP, I:E, tidal volume (6-8 mL/kg IBW), and gas targets
  • Labs — age-based, sex-specific hemoglobin and hematocrit
  • Weights — ideal and adjusted body weight, BMI, BSA, and lean body weight, computed for the patient

Set the patient, get the answer, see the source. That's the whole idea.
